Mind, Body, Soulmates Individual, Couples and Family Counseling is a small group practice in Colorado virtually and in-person (office in Lakewood and Wheat Ridge). Our practitioners are trained in scientifically proven treatment modalities including, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT), Sensory Motor Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inner Child Therapy. We specialize in trauma (childhood, relationship, and other), relationship issues (communication, intimacy, arguing, infidelity, rebuilding trust, empathy and validation, safety, and transparency), neurodivergent conditions, and attachment issues (anxious, avoidant, disorganized, and secure).
